Therefore, the Board of Supervisors reconsidered this matter on second reading. Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Cohen, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE to add back several omitted sections which were removed during the drafting process.
