Supervisor Campos requested to be added as a co-sponsor. Supervisor Kim, seconded by Supervisor Avalos, moved that this Resolution be AMENDED on Page 7, Line 6, by striking '3277' and adding '3278'. The motion carried by the following vote:

There was a quorum. COMMUNICATIONS There were no communications. Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee Excused from Attendance Supervisor Cohen, seconded by Supervisor Christensen, moved that Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee be excused from today's meeting.
