            President London Breed called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. On the call of the roll,
            Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee were not present. There was a quorum.



COMMUNICATIONS
            There were no communications.



Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee Excused from Attendance
            Supervisor Cohen, seconded by Supervisor Christensen, moved that Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and
            Yee be excused from today's meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 8 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Christensen, Cohen, Kim, Mar, Wiener
                 Excused: 3 - Farrell, Tang, Yee

            Sponsors: Kim; Campos
            Resolution to establish the property-based business improvement district known as the “Greater
            Rincon Hill Community Benefit District;” ordering the levy and collection of assessments against
            property located in that district for 15 years commencing with FY2015-2016, subject to conditions
            as specified herein; and making environmental findings.
            Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that the returned weighted
            ballots voting for the Greater Rincon Hill Community Benefit District was 75.07%, and the returned
            weighted ballots voting against the Greater Rincon Hill Community Benefit District was 24.93%,
            further indicating there was no majority protest.

            Supervisor Campos requested to be added as a co-sponsor.
            Supervisor Kim, seconded by Supervisor Avalos, moved that this Resolution be AMENDED on Page 7,
            Line 6, by striking '3277' and adding '3278'. The motion carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 8 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Christensen, Cohen, Kim, Mar, Wiener

            the returned weighted ballots voting against the Dogpatch & Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit
            District was 23.79%, further indicating there was no majority protest.

            Supervisor Campos requested to be added as a co-sponsor.
