Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes 4/14/2015 ADDENDUM The following information is provided by speaker(s), pursuant to Administrative Code, Section 67.16. The content is neither generated by, nor subject to approval or verification of accuracy by, the Clerk of the Board or the Board of Supervisors. Ray Hartz submitted the following additional information during Public Comment as follows: On March 19 I filed an IDR, which under Sunshine Ordinance required a response by close of business on March 20. Supervisors Tang, Avalos and Cohen responded as the law required. Supervisors Campos, Yee and Wiener, while not timely, did respond. This is the third time I've been before this BOS regarding the same IDR, so, I'm wondering why Board President Breed and Supervisors Kim, Mar, and Farrell have still not replied? Nothing at all! I don't think this lack of response is a sign of contempt for me personally. No actually, I believe it is just a general contempt for open government and transparency. I say that because this the same contempt that voters will see clearly if they take the time to attend a meeting of this BOS and observe the members do anything but listen to the public! They've forgotten who put them where they are! City and County of San Francisco Page 255 Printed at 3:44 pm on 6/22/15
