JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Monday, August 5, 1996 - 2:00 p.m. The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date. CALLING THE ROLL In the absence of President Kevin Shelley, the meeting was called to order at 2:04 p.m. by the Clerk.
