            Resolution supporting California State Senate Bill No. 1012, introduced by Senator Scott Wiener, the
            Regulated Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Act and the Regulated Psychedelic Substances Control
            Act.
            Supervisor Mandelman, seconded by Supervisor Preston, moved that this Resolution be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE, on Page 1, Line 20, by striking ‘nor does it allow
            retail sales for use’, Line 21, by changing ‘now, therefore, be it’ to ‘nor does it allow retail sales; and’;
            and on Page 1, Line 22, through Page 2, Line 11, by adding ‘WHEREAS, In 2022, the San Francisco
