            Clerk Calvillo informed the Board that, pursuant to Board Rule 2.14.3, the Board may override the
            veto of File No. 231079 and approve the legislation within 30 days by a two-thirds vote of the full
            Board (or eight votes), which would be no later than April 13, 2024.
