SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of the Board of Supervisors was suspended to grant
            privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).


            Supervisor Stefani introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Tony Delorio in
            recognition of his many accomplishments as a Teamsters leader, an Italian American advocate, and
            his social and civic activities. Supervisors Peskin, Safai, and Walton shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Melgar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Vernon Ng in
            recognition of his heroic efforts intervening in a violent incident at a local business, subduing the
            attacker and assisting the three victims.

            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Castro
            Street Fair Board of Directors, accepted by Fred Lopez, in recognition of their exceptional efforts
            organizing the Fair and coordinating community support.
