            privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).


            Supervisor Ronen introduced, welcomed, and presented a posthumous Certificate of Honor to
            Day’von Hann, accepted by his mother Sha’ray Johnson, in honor of his life that ended too soon at
            15 years old when he was shot and killed on 24th Street in July 2019.
