            with remote access and public comment also available via telephone, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023,
            with President Aaron Peskin presiding.

            President Peskin called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m.

            indictments that could be grounds for suspension of the Permit; and 8) allow the Director or the
            Entertainment Commission to require an applicant for a Limited Live Performance Permit to propose

            dispersal of persons and traffic, to make compliance with the Security Plan a condition of the Permit,
