            Due to the prior approval of File Nos. 230594 and 230595 during the previous Special Order
            (reversing the Planning Department's environmental review determination for this project), President
            Peskin reported that File Nos. 230630, 230631, 230632, and 230633 were no longer before the Board
            for consideration. Clerk Calvillo confirmed that the entirety of this Special Order regarding the
            Conditional Use authorization shall be Tabled by Operation of Law.

            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the approval of a Conditional Use Authorization
            pursuant to Sections 206.6, 209.2, 303, and 317 of the Planning Code, for a proposed project at 1151
            Washington Street, Assessor's Parcel Block No. 0213, Lot No. 025, identified in Planning Case No.
            2022-010833CUA, issued by the Planning Commission by Motion No. 21310, dated April 20, 2023,
            to permit the demolition of a single-family dwelling and construct a four-story, 40-foot tall building
            containing 10 dwelling units (one three-bedroom unit and nine two-bedroom units), one off-street
            parking space and 10 Class one bicycle parking spaces, under the individually requested state
            density bonus program; and seeking waivers from Development Standards including front setback
            (Section 132), rear yard (Section 134), dwelling unit exposure (Section 140), and bicycle parking
            (Section 155), pursuant to Planning Code, Section 206.6, and California Government Code, Section
            65915, within the RM-3 (Residential-Mixed, Medium-Density) Zoning District and a 65-A Height and
