SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of the Board of Supervisors was suspended to grant
            privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).

            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Bob Siegel,
            Chair of the San Francisco Crosstown Trail Coalition, in recognition of his efforts forming the
            committee that led to the creation of the Crosstown Trail and his continued community support.

            President Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to San Francisco Film
            Director, Manijeh Fata, in recognition of her excellent leadership and efforts making the film industry
            a centerpiece of the City’s economic recovery efforts. Director Fata invited members of the Film
            Commission to the podium to share in the commendation.



COMMITTEE REPORTS


Recommendations of the Government Audit and Oversight Committee
            President Peskin requested File Nos. 230448, 230449, 230561, 230562, 230563, 230564, 230565,
            230566, 230567, and 230568 be called together. During the discussion on these matters, privilege of
            the floor was granted unanimously to Ardis Graham and Steve Ponder (Department of Human
            Resources) who responded to questions raised.
