            Hearing of the Board of Supervisors sitting as a Committee of the Whole on May 21, 2024, at 3:00
            p.m., for the Members of the Board of Supervisors to hear and receive updates on the progress and

            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the application of the Community Infrastructure Fee
            per Planning Code, Sections 421 and 428, for the Religious Worship Building Project at the
            Annunciation Cathedral located at 245-275 Valencia Street, Assessor's Parcel Block No. 3532, Lot
            No. 091. (District 9) (Appellant: Paul P. Sogotis, on behalf of the United Greek Orthodox Community
            of San Francisco, The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral) (Filed December 19, 2022) (Clerk of
            the Board)
            President Peskin opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to
            address the Board. Paul Sogotis (Appellant) provided an overview of the appeal, responded to
            questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
            Anastasia Yovanopolous; spoke in support of the appeal and the project. Andrew Perry and Dan
            Sider, Director (Planning Department), provided an overview of the decision to deny and responded to
            questions raised throughout the discussion. Paul Sogotis (Appellant) provided a rebuttal and further
            requested the Board to approve the appeal. There were no other speakers. The President closed
            public comment and declared the public hearing heard and filed.
