            At the request of President Peskin, Supervisor Walton assumed the chair at 3:15 p.m. The
            President resumed the chair at 3:18 p.m.


            Supervisor Ronen was noted absent at 4:50 p.m. and for the remainder of the meeting.

            and the Submission of a Closure and Patient Transfer and Relocation Plan; and requesting the
            Department of Public Health to present; scheduled pursuant to Motion No. M23-010 (File No.
