            Francisco Da Costa; expressed concerns regarding quality of life issues and certain neighborhoods
            and locations.
            Michael Petrelis; expressed concerns regarding the placement of general public comment on the
            Board’s agenda and the loss of seats at the Castro Theatre.
            Citizen 22; expressed concerns regarding technology and the various ways it can be
            disadvantageous.
