            Supervisor Ronen, seconded by Supervisor Peskin, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED on
            Page 8, Line 8, to add modifications to the Use of Equipment Policy. Before the vote was taken,
            Supervisor Peskin rescinded his second.
            Supervisor Ronen, seconded by Supervisor Melgar, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED on Page 8,
            Line 8, to add modifications to the Use of Equipment Policy. The motion FAILED by the following vote:
