Privilege of the Floor
            Supervisor Wiener, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Chiu, Chu, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Wiener, Yee
            Supervisor Wiener introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Kim Boyd, Brian
            Jung, Michael Sese, Gary Sponholtz, Michael Ellard, Daniel Priven, Daniel Weinstein, Neila
            Waters, Ginnie Padgett, Darwin Choy, Terry Hill, John Franklin, Jason Lebrun, Greg Doolittle,
            Loren Mcglade, and Carl Smith, of the San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band and Color
            Guard, in recognition of their accomplishments and continued community support.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Alex Sinkevitch and
            Wilma Geevargis, of the Russian Festival, in recognition of their accomplishments and continued
            community support on the occasion of their 25th anniversary.
