            Resolution determining that the person-to-person, premise-to-premise transfer of a Type-20 off-sale
            beer and wine liquor license to Save Mart Supermarkets LLC, doing business as Save Mart, located
            at 3801-3rd Street (District 10), will serve the public convenience or necessity of the City and County
            of San Francisco; and requesting that the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control
