SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of the Board of Supervisors was suspended to grant
            privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).

            President Walton introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Bayview
            Community Hub, including the Rafiki Coalition, San Francisco African American Faith Based
            Coalition, Visit Healthcare, Young Community Developers, Bayview YMCA, Both Sides of the
            Conversation, 3rd Street Youth, and Umoja Health, in recognition of their numerous
            accomplishments and continued community support.

            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Chef Nate Norris
            (Zuni Café) on the occasion of his retirement after 17 years of food justice and merging the worlds of
            culinary excellence with intersectional social movements. Supervisors Preston and Dorsey shared in
            this commendation.

            Supervisor Ronen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to John Scarpulla
            (Public Utilities Commission) on the occasion of his departure after 11 years of public service and in
            recognition of his many accomplishments. Supervisors Peskin, Melgar, and Walton shared in this
            commendation.
