SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of the Board of Supervisors was suspended to grant
            privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).

            Supervisor Melgar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Ramon Oropeza,
            Sr. and Inocensia Oropeza on the occasion of their retirement from Villa d’Este and in recognition of
            their many accomplishments and continued community support.

            Supervisor Safai introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the San Francisco
            Youth Baseball League in recognition of their winning season and amazing team accomplishments.
