            Ordinance amending the Planning Code to rezone all Residential, One Family (RH-1) zoning
            districts, except for Residential, One Family, Detached (RH-1(D)) districts, to Residential, Two
            Family (RH-2) zoning districts; to rezone the RH-1(D) districts to a new class of residential district
            called Residential, Two Family, Detached (RH-2(D)) districts; and to provide a density limit exception
            to permit up to four dwelling units per lot, and up to six dwelling units per lot in Corner Lots, in all RH
            (Residential, House) zoning districts, subject to certain requirements, including among others the
            replacement of protected units; amending the Administrative Code to require new dwelling units
            constructed pursuant to the density limit exception to be subject to the rent increase limitations of

SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of the Board of Supervisors was suspended to grant
            privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).

            Supervisor Ronen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to retired San
            Francisco Immigration Court Judge Dana Leigh Marks in recognition of her many accomplishments
            and continued community support.

            Supervisor Safai introduced, welcomed, and presented a posthumous Certificate of Honor for Peter
            Vaernet, accepted by his family and the Friends of Brooks Park, in recognition of his many
            accomplishments as a longtime parks advocate.

            President Walton introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Virginia Marshall on
            the occasion of her retirement from the San Francisco Unified School District and in recognition of
            her many accomplishments as an educator and advocate for the youth and families of San
            Francisco.

            Supervisor Dorsey introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the 2022
            Graduating Class of Youthchance High School on the occasion of their graduation and in recognition
            of their academic accomplishments.

            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Dr. Tim Seelig
            on the occasion of his retirement from the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and in recognition of his
            musical accomplishments.
