APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
            President Walton inquired whether any Member of the Board had any corrections to the March 22,
            2022, Board Meeting Minutes, as presented. There were no corrections requested from any Member
            of the Board.
            Supervisor Mandelman, seconded by Supervisor Preston, moved to approve the March 22, 2022, Board
            Meeting Minutes, as presented. The motion carried by the following vote, following general public
            comment:
                 Ayes: 11 - Chan, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Melgar, Peskin, Preston, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, Walton
