            Supervisor Safai, seconded by Supervisor Mandelman, moved to excuse Supervisor Peskin from
            voting on File No. 220159. The motion carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 10 - Chan, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Melgar, Preston, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, Walton
                 Excused: 1 - Peskin
