SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Chan, seconded by Supervisor Melgar, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guest(s). The motion
            carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Chan, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Melgar, Peskin, Preston, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, Walton
            WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH

            Supervisors Chan, Melgar, Stefani, and Ronen provided opening remarks and Kimberly Ellis,
            Director (Department on the Status of Women), provided a video statement in recognition of
            Women’s History Month.

            Supervisors introduced, welcomed, and presented Certificates of Honor to the following women in
            recognition of their countless accomplishments and continued community support, as follows:

            Supervisor Melgar recognized Mary Travis-Allen;
            Supervisor Ronen recognized Amanda Alvarado Ford;
