Within 60 days of the execution of such a memorandum of understanding between the Sheriff and the Chief of Police addressing relevant operational and administrative implementation issues, the Sheriff shall transmit a copy of the memorandum of understanding to the Board of Supervisors’; and on Page 8, Line 6, by changing ‘Coordinated With’ to ‘Not Met’, Lines 8-9, by changing ‘has denied’ to ‘is unable to meet’, and Lines 11-21, by striking the entire ‘Subsection 10A.7(b)’. The motion carried by the following vote:
