            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Regina
            Dick-Endrizzi, Executive Director (Office of Small Business) on the occasion of her retirement after
            more than 16 years with the City and County of San Francisco, and in recognition of her many
            accomplishments. Supervisors Ronen, Chan, Safai, Preston, and Haney shared in this
            commendation.
