Funding. This ordinance grants certain discounts to Veterans, but at Park Code Section 2.01, provides that these discounts only apply to Veterans who are residents of the City and County of San Francisco. The Board of Supervisors intends that the discount program should expand to non-resident Veterans once the City has enacted an ordinance appropriating monies necessary to fund these discounts for one full year. Thereafter, it is the intent of this Board of Supervisors that such monies should also be appropriated in future fiscal years.’ The motion carried by the following vote:
