twice the amount of the public testimony time limit. If simultaneous translation services are used,
speakers will be governed by the public testimony time limit applied to speakers not requesting
translation assistance. Members of the public who want a document placed on the overhead for
display should clearly state such and subsequently remove the document when they want the screen
to return to live coverage of the meeting.

1. Rising healthcare costs combined with accumulated healthcare liabilities remains a
significant fiscal issue for the City. What plans do you have to address this issue?

have been eagerly awaiting the opening of the Sixth Street substation, and we want to

construction. There are remaining concerns about transitioning the substation online,
including:
1) Is there a firm date for the opening of the Sixth Street substation?
2) What will the operating hours be?
3) What will be the staffing for the substation and how can constituents expect to access
the substation?
4) What will the process be for the San Francisco Police Department to take possession
of the Sixth Street substation? (Supervisor Kim, District 6)
