            Charter Amendment (First Draft) to amend the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco by
            amending Sections 2.101, 13.101, 13.102, 13.103.5, and Article XVII to: 1) consolidate odd-year
            elections for City elective offices to a single year and 2) increase voter education and clarify
            implementation of ranked-choice voting.
            Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Elsbernd, moved that this Charter Amendment be

            Sponsor: Mayor
            Charter Amendment (Second Draft) to amend the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco
            by adding Section 2.118, to require the Board of Supervisors to wait at least 60 days before
            adopting an ordinance that may result in a significant net loss of jobs in San Francisco, and to refer
            the ordinance to the Small Business Commission and Planning Commission for analysis.
            This item was not sent as a Committee Report.
