The proposed work involves removing parking lanes and adding bike lanes, as well as other related changes to Fell and Oak Streets between Baker and Scott Streets. (District 5) (Appellants: Mark Brennan, Howard Chabner, and Ted Loewenberg) (Filed November 2, 2012). The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board. Mari Sessman, Ted Loewenberg, and Howard Chabner (Appellants); provided an overview of the appeal, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve the appeal. Luis Montoya (Project Sponsor) provided an overview of the project, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to uphold the decision of the Planning Commission.
