Breed, received on June 18, 2021, communicating the Mayor’s veto of the legislation contained in File Nos. 210453 and 210454, regarding the Free Muni Pilot Program. Pursuant to Charter, Section 9.104, the Board may reinstate the legislation in File No. 210453, the appropriation of funds, within ten days, and pursuant to Charter Section 2.106 the Board may override the veto of the legislation in File No. 210454, the Administrative Code amendment, within 30 days, both by a two-thirds vote of the membership of the Board.
