            Supervisor Safai requested to be excused from voting on File Nos. 210030 and 210031, due to a
            possible conflict of interest.
            Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Ronen, moved that Supervisor Safai be excused from voting
            on File Nos. 210030 and 210031. The motion carried by the following vote:
