Privilege of the Floor
            Supervisor Kim, seconded by Supervisor Olague, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Campos, Chiu, Chu, Cohen, Elsbernd, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Olague, Wiener
            Supervisor Kim introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Housing
            Inspection Division of the Department of Building Inspection in recognition of their accomplishments
            and continued community support.

            Supervisor Olague introduced, welcomed, and presented Certificates of Honor to Pamela
            Palpallatoc, Esq., Philip Tam, Marshall Johnson, Leland Rubin, and Martha Hollins in recognition of
            their tremendous work to improve the conditions of public housing, commitment to serving
            low-income residents, and continued community support.
