PUBLIC COMMENT
            John Elliott; expressed support of the Slow Streets Program and appreciation for the closure of the
            Great Highway.
            Speaker; shared concerns regarding neighborhood and community newspapers and the need to
            protect freedom of speech.
            Gilbert Crisswell; shared concerns regarding public transportation and the need to expand Muni
            lines and services during the pandemic.
            Speaker; shared concerns regarding certain residential landlords and unfair practices that take
            advantage of their tenants.
            Peter Warfield; expressed the need to reopen and expand Public Library services during the
            pandemic.
            Anonymous; expressed concerns regarding public information requests made for text messages
            and correspondence between various City officials and department heads (see Addendum on
            page 1113).
            Speaker; expressed the need to maintain multi-lingual access to City meetings.
            Speaker; shared concerns regarding certain residential landlords and unfair practices that take
            advantage of their tenants.
