            Motion concurring in the Mayor’s action to establish a curfew to meet the local emergency
            conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property.
            Supervisor Haney, seconded by Supervisor Ronen, moved to reopen public comment on File Nos.
            200573 and 200574. The motion carried by the following vote:
             Ayes: 10 - Fewer, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Peskin, Preston, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, Yee

            Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Chief William Scott (Police Department),
            Undersheriff Matthew Freeman (Sheriff’s Department), and Sophia Kittler (Mayor’s Office) who
            presented information and responded to questions raised throughout the discussion.
