            existence of a local emergency related to the conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons
            and property.
            President Yee opened discussions on the Imperative Agenda items related to the Board’s
            concurrence in the Mayor’s Emergency Declaration and Order setting a curfew during this local
            emergency. Anne Pearson (Office of the City Attorney), Chief William Scott (Police Department),
