       and Municipal Transportation Agency]
            Sponsors: Haney; Preston, Walton and Mandelman
            Resolution urging state and federal emergency funding for the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid
            Transit District (BART) and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) to remain
            operational in light of operational and budget declines due to COVID-19; and affirming the role that
            BART and MTA play in transporting people to essential activities.
            Supervisors Walton and Mandelman requested to be added as co-sponsors.

            Resolution closing the City Hall walk-in property tax payment location of the Treasurer & Tax
            Collector during the period of the Health Officer’s shelter-in-place order.
            President Yee opened discussions on the Imperative Agenda Resolution. Molly Cohen and Jose
            Cisneros, Treasurer-Tax Collector (Office of the Treasurer-Tax Collector), Anne Pearson (Office of
            the City Attorney), and Ben Rosenfield, Controller (Office of the City Controller) - who were
            unanimously granted privilege of the floor - presented information and answered questions raised
            throughout the discussion.

            ADOPTED by the following vote:
