            The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on
            Tuesday, February 11, 2020, with President Norman Yee presiding.

            President Yee called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m.

            On the call of the roll, Fewer, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Peskin, Preston, Ronen, Safai, Stefani,
            Walton, and Yee were noted present.

SPECIAL ORDER 2:00 P.M. - Mayor's Appearance Before The Board
            There were no questions submitted from the eligible Supervisors representing Districts 1, 2, 3, or
            4. Mayor London N. Breed addressed the Board of Supervisors regarding racial equity and
            reparations, including the systemic harm that has been inflicted based on race, policy making
            efforts to address neighborhood preferences in housing, and the “right to return” legislation to
            combat displacement. Following public comment this matter was filed. No further action was
            taken.
