(Presented by Mayor on 3/21/12.) (Received from Ethics Commission on 9/18/12). Paul Currier submitted the following additional information during the hearing relating to File No. 120949 as follows: All through these hearings of the Mayor's charges against the Sheriff, the Ethics Commission violated the Brown Act and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance . None of the proceedings were properly agendized. None of the minutes were issues in a timely manner, according to law. Public records were not made available to the public. And the charges shape/shifted without any specificity open to review or public comment. In fact, this October 9, 2012, hearing of the Board of Supervisors is improperly agendized.
