President Yee called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE On the call of the roll, Supervisors Brown, Fewer, Haney, Mar, Ronen, Safai, Walton, and Yee were noted present. Supervisors Mandelman, Peskin, and Stefani were noted not present. A quorum was present. COMMUNICATIONS Alisa Somera, Legislative Deputy Director, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of communications from Supervisors Rafael Mandelman, Aaron Peskin, and Catherine Stefani informing the Board of their absences and requesting to be excused from today’s meeting. Supervisors Mandelman, Peskin, and Stefani Excused from Attendance Supervisor Fewer, seconded by Supervisor Walton, moved that Supervisors Mandelman, Peskin, and Stefani be excused from attending today’s meeting.
