SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Peskin, seconded by Supervisor Mandelman, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of
            Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion
            carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 10 - Fewer, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, Walton, Yee
                 Excused: 1 - Brown
            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Captain Jacky
            Douglas, San Francisco’s first female sportfishing captain, in recognition of her more than 30
            years as a skipper and owner of the fishing boat the “Wacky Jacky,” providing the thrill of the catch
            and boating activities.

            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Lisa
            Lightman, Director (Collaborative Courts System), on the occasion of her retirement and in
            recognition of her many accomplishments providing assistance and services to individuals and
            families in the criminal justice system.

            Supervisor Walton introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Sabrina
            McFarland who was named the National Youth of the Year for her extraordinary character and
            exceptional leadership.
