Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Lisa Lightman, Director (Collaborative Courts System), on the occasion of her retirement and in recognition of her many accomplishments providing assistance and services to individuals and families in the criminal justice system. Supervisor Walton introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Sabrina McFarland who was named the National Youth of the Year for her extraordinary character and exceptional leadership.
