President Yee called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE On the call of the roll, Supervisors Fewer, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, and Yee were noted present. Supervisors Brown and Walton were noted not present. A quorum was present. Supervisor Brown was noted present at 2:04 p.m. COMMUNICATIONS Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of a communication from Supervisor Shamann Walton, dated October 29, 2019, informing the Board of his absence or possible late arrival and requesting to be excused from today’s meeting or until he arrives.
