            President Yee requested File Nos. 190698, 190699, 190700, and 190701 be called together.


190698 [Hearing - Appeal of Tentative Map Approval - 2146-2150 Union Street]
            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of Public Works dated June 6, 2019,
            approving a Tentative Map for a three lot vertical subdivision and a four residential new
            condominium units project at 2146-2150 Union Street, Assessor's Parcel Block No. 0533, Lot No.
            014. (District 2) (Appellants: Ronald Zagoria and Kathryn Zagoria) (Filed June 13, 2019) (Clerk of
            the Board)
            President Yee opened the public hearing, provided introductory remarks regarding the tentative
            map appeal, and inquired as to whether any individual wished to address the Board. Ronald
            Zagoria (Appellant) provided an overview of the appeal, responded to questions raised throughout
            the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve the appeal. Dr. George Susans; spoke
            in support of the appeal. Bruce Storrs, City and County Surveyor (Public Works), and Aaron Starr
            (Planning Department) provided an overview of the decision of the Planning Department and
            responded to questions raised throughout the discussion. Barbara Herzig (Project Sponsor)
            provided an overview of the project, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and
            further requested the Board to uphold the decision of the Planning Department. Ronald Zagoria
            (Appellant) provided a rebuttal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal. There were
            no other speakers. President Yee closed public comment and declared the public hearing heard
            and filed.
