SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Peskin, seconded by Supervisor Brown, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:

            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Lisa O’Malley
            (Department of Public Health) on the occasion of her retirement after 38 years of civil service, and
            in recognition of her tireless work and commitment to the City and County of San Francisco.

            Supervisor Brown introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Elizabeth
            Murray, Managing Director (War Memorial and Performing Arts Center), on the occasion of her
            retirement after 38 years with the War Memorial Department, and in recognition of her steadfast
            service to the City and County of San Francisco. Supervisor Peskin shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Ina
            Dearman in recognition of her lifetime of advocacy and service to the City and County of San
            Francisco, including her time on the Planning Commission and Landmarks Preservation Advisory
            Board. Supervisor Peskin shared in this commendation. Kelly Dearman, her daughter, shared
            additional remarks and accepted the commendation on her behalf.


            Supervisor Mandelman was noted absent at 3:04 p.m.
