Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Avalos, moved that this Ordinance be CONTINUED ON FIRST READING to October 2, 2012. The motion FAILED by the following vote:

            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
