SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Mandelman, seconded by Supervisor Stefani, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of
            Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion
            carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Brown, Fewer, Haney, Mandelman, Mar, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Stefani, Walton, Yee
            President Yee opened the commendation period, and Supervisor Mandelman provided information
            on the history of LGBTQQ Pride Month. All District Supervisors then introduced, welcomed, and
            presented Certificates of Honor to the following individuals in recognition of their accomplishments
            and continued community support:

            Supervisor Mandelman recognized The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence;
            Supervisor Stefani recognized Jason Pelligrini;
            Supervisor Mar recognized Rev. Dr. Megan Rohrer (Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church);
            Supervisor Haney recognized Mr. David Glamamore;

            At the request of President Yee, Supervisor Fewer assumed the chair at 4:05 p.m. The President
