            Supervisor Chiu, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:

            President Chiu introduced, welcomed, and presented a Commendation of Distinguished Service to
            General Manager, Ed Harrington (SFPUC) upon his retirement and recognition of his service
            during his tenure with the City and County of San Francisco, his accomplishments, and continued
            community support. The entire Board of Supervisors shared in this Commendation.
