            Charter Amendment (Third Draft) to establish the Free City College Fund to defray certain costs of
            City College students, and to require annual appropriations in designated amounts to the Fund; at
            an election to be held on November 5, 2019.
            ORDERED SUBMITTED by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 7 - Brown, Fewer, Kim, Mandelman, Ronen, Safai, Yee
                 Noes: 1 - Stefani
                 Excused: 3 - Cohen, Peskin, Tang



PUBLIC COMMENT
            Mr. Wright; shared various concerns regarding the budget and inequity in education.
            Tom Gilberty; shared concerns regarding funding and various government.
            Speaker; generally thanked the Board of Supervisors.
            Jordan Davis; thanked Supervisor Jane Kim for her work during her tenure as a Member of the
            Board.

            There being no further business, the Board adjourned at the hour 12:54 p.m.
