            Ordinance amending the Administrative and Planning Codes to give effect to the Central South of
            Market Area Plan, encompassing an area generally bounded on its western portion by Sixth
            Street, on its eastern portion by Second Street, on its northern portion by the border of the
            Downtown Plan Area (an irregular border that generally jogs along Folsom, Howard and
            Stevenson Streets), and on its southern portion by Townsend Street; making approval findings
            under the California Environmental Quality Act, including adopting a statement of overriding
            considerations; and making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority
            policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1, and findings of public necessity, convenience, and
            welfare under Planning Code, Section 302.

            Supervisor Kim, seconded by Supervisor Peskin, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE, on Page 74, Lines 15-18, to clarify the living
            walls guidelines using the correct terminology, consistent with other City green building policies; on
            Page 204, Lines 4-8, by conforming edits to the mixed-use general zoning control table to reflect
            previous amendments to remove the incentive for privately-owned public open space to provide
            community amenities; on Page 205, Line 20, to Page 206, Line 5, by conforming edits to mixed-use
            general zoning control tables to reflect previous amendments to restrict the allowable types of single
            room occupancy and group housing units; on Page 211, Lines 14-18, by conforming edits to MUR
            zoning control tables to reflect previous amendments to remove the incentive for privately-owned
            public open space to provide community amenities; on Page 213, Lines 7-16, by conforming edits to
            MUR zoning control tables to reflect previous amendments to restrict the allowable types of single
