            Supervisor Peskin requested to be excused from voting on File Nos. 180836, 180837, 180838,
            and 180839, due to a possible conflict of interest.
            Supervisor Kim, seconded by Supervisor Yee, moved that this Supervisor Peskin be excused from
            voting on File Nos. 180836, 180837, 180838, and 180839. The motion carried by the following vote:
